Hello,
I am looking to buy the 354 with loader backhoe, mower, and rototiller. I will have to tow them up to house and would like to know if anyone had any kind of specs on the tractor (height,width, length, weight)?
I tried to find out, but me and computers are like oil and water. We don't mix and probably over looked it on the site.

2011 f350 with the 6.7 in it. I'm sure she won't have a problem pulling it at all

Just don't run out of urea. 
Understand some people are using plain water. Whoa!
Nope you should be just fine for the prime mover. 
Given the information that you have, my recommendation for a trailer would be an 18' 12,000 lb. GVW rating tilt bed car hauler with brakes on both axles. I say both axles because not all states require them (which is ignorant IMHO). You may be able to get by with a 10,000 lb. GVW trailer depending on the weight of the tractor and implements.
Incidentally, oil and water can be miscible if mixed well enough. Ever seen hydraulic oil contaminated with water?

urea that does suck but get about 5000 on a tank. if there is too much water in the urea it power down the truck to half power. other then that loving the truck plow with it tow with it all the time for extra cash thing is a beast.
Any width recommendations or just any 18 foot car trailer will do?

I guess I should have been more specific. A tilt flatbed car hauler (they are all 80±" in width). The U-Haul type of trailers with wheel channels won't work very well because of the tractor's front axle gauge (width). As for GVW ratings, etc., refer to my previous post.
I have a '08 F350 dually 4x4 with the 6.2. Love it!

How is that 6.4 holding up? I think they got all the bugs out of it by now.
The 6.7 has had a prob with me but just one so I'll take that for the first model.

My ECM was just re-flashed with the latest and greatest so now it's going through the "learning process" again. Noisy, sounds like it's fading in and out of tow/haul mode all the time. I have no problem pulling a Takeuchi TB145. No real "bugs" for me so far (knock on wood). The twin turbo absolutely kicks butt off the line.

A 354 with loader weighs 4900 lbs. Most attachment backhoes weigh in at around 1200 lbs. Mower depends on who made it. If you want to haul all that stuff at once plan accordingly. I would advise not to waste money on a Chinese backhoe.
On your pickup, the cost of the Diesel fluid should be more than offset by the improved fuel economy over the older engines.

a dove tail trailer, 6 ton, brakes on both axles make sure there is good legs on the ramps to contact the ground instead of bending them when loading a heavy piece of eq.Of course a equipment trailer is steeper with the ramps but not having to deal with fenders has a lot of pluses.

David makes a valid point which I forgot about. A deckover or "hay hauler" is a good option also, and they offer full width over the tires and are available in the 5 and 6 ton GVW's also.

Thank you for your help and added info. I've been looking all day and thinking about getting a nice 5 wheel 20 feet+ flat. It's about time I buy something good. It is an eq trailer with nice ramps. Spec said it can hold 18000 pounds, so I'm thinking that will cover it and then some. It may be over kill, but I'll never have to worrie about what I'm loading.
My 07 6.0 that thing sucked for off the line tubro lag was just sad.
The 6.7 when I'm not driving like an butt hole I get around 22-25 took a pic couldn't believe it. My one bug I had an injector pop out. The clamp broke off at 9000mi when towing killed my day.
