I have a farm pro 2425 which is a 4wd 25hp diesel and would like some input if my tractor would pull a 3 bottom 16 plow. I've pulled a 2 bottom with no problem. Don't know the size of the 2 bottom.  Thanks.

I think 2 is max for 25 hp. Around 40-45 for 3.

Tin is right.  A 3 bottom 16 plow is going to be a bit much for a 25HP tractor if you get into hard plowing at all.

Thanks for the input.  I found a deal on a 3 bottom plow and bought it.  The tractor has almost enough power but not enough traction. I'm removing the rear plow to reduce it to a two bottom.
