hello, I have a dumb question.

I was given an old tai shan model 254. no idea how old it is. had a lot of problems, but got it running…runs great. can't get the tph lift arms to work though. no papers came with the tractor….all markings in chinese. don't know if i'm just too stupid to figure out the valves and levers, or if something is wrong mechanically.

any advice would be appreciated
