Hi,

I've tried calling Spirit Implements and have left 4 messages now over the past 2 weeks inquiring about buying some parts for my FEL. No returned calls at all.

Anyone else ever have this lack of customer service experience?

Joe

I have had good talks and service from Ryan and his crew. The guy who used to run his shop was named Chris.

Side Note: Ryan in very religious and it would not surprise me a bit if he dropped everything and is in Haiti with a church group or something. Just seem like that is the type of guy he is.

Give him some time and try the links Greg sent you. He has always been a stand up guy to me so I am sure something crazy is going on.

Chris
