Hello everybody... I have a few questions...
1) Do you have any bio-fuel (diesel fuel mixed with corn oil), if you do; how does your run with it, and how long does it last in your storage tank... Mine lasted a few months and turned to unusable milk, that won't ignite paper... I was digging a water line to the barn, and found the tractor was powering down till the tractor shut down... I then had to drain every bit of fuel from the tractor, and refill and prime to make it run... I know this bio-fuel in the go green fuel in Canada which will mandated very shortly....
2) How can one tell what engine you have in your tractor (2007 Jinma 284)... On the valve cover it reads YT-Qc385t-1-a and AnhuiquanchaI Eng. comp. China Ltd...
3) I was reading a few articles back and someone mentioned the fuel pump was filled with its own oil??? I check mine today, and cannot find a drain, or a fill plug, or even a dip stick... Is mine lubed by splash feed??? Thanks again for your help... John.

Here is the crib-sheet that I use for maintaining the Injector Pump on my 284.

Your tractor has the Quanchai engine, do not run bio-fuel in these tractors it will breakdown the rubber in the fuel lines and will clog everything up.

Affordable can I run the bio in my KM385 ?
If so, does it cause engine problems of any kind?
Is power less using bio?

Thank you for your time

Worth saying it again...... Bio should not cause any engine problems. The rubber fuel lines will come apart and cause problems.

Run a quality diesel fuel and add a fuel lubricate .
