        Are you sure you need a complete new starter? I would take it to an auto-electric shop first for a check. Maybe the problem you're having is with the solenoid.

          The starter on most of the TY395 engines is the QD1315D starter 11 teeth,I have plenty of them in stock ,we also have the solenoids as a seperate part if you just need that
