Mike, I did not hear back from the Mechanic, I talked to my guy in China last night about Quanchai parts, and he said they only made that engine for a short time, and do not supply any spare parts.I think this is the engine you have, since your mechanic has not been able to find any parts.Yangdong, Laidong engine parts are in very good supply but that does not help you.
Hopefully your mechanic will call with some good news that it's not a Quanchai engine.
If it is, your choices are to change out the engine to a Yangdong or sell the tractor for parts.I keep complete crated engines in stock but they are not cheap.

Sorry we could not help you, this same problem will effect every Jinma tractor owner that has that Quanchai engine, we cannot even get water pumps for it.
Jinma only used this engine during the time they were trying to find a engine that would meet the new EPA requirements, once Yangdong and Laidong got the approval they went back to them.
I would assume that Quanchai got mad at Jinma about the short time use and now has refused to supply parts to anyone for that engine.

Well maybe some good news, I got a reply back from Quanchai, they have stopped making that engine, however they are going to see what parts they still have, I told them I would take whatever parts he had left.I asked about complete head assemblies, gaskets, water pumps, ect.
UPDATE: Mike call me today,I can get the head assembly and gaskets
I have a container leaving in week I can get these added onto
I should know something in a few days on what he has

Thisis precisely whay, whenever anyoen asks aboutparts, I always recommend Tommy at Affordable Tractors. Even after the factory told him there was no hope, he persevered and found a solution for this guy. All that work for a sale that can't possibly net him sufficient profit to break even on the deal. Well thanks for the compliments guys, this engine has been almost impossible to get parts for from the start.Hopefully I will now have some in stock for other customers as well .I knew if I could just get somebody to talk to me I could get the info. I was looking for and it worked.
