I would think that if you did nothing else but checked the filter screen you must have air in the system.if you have quick disconnects check them that also could be the non working problem as well as low flow.but I will say this my dong feng le 200 picks up slower with more load and rpms are needed to lift weight and a bouble bottom plow is heavy.
