do  you have a gauge cluster or are they separate? These Chinese tractors are bad  about how they wire things it could be a bad ground. my 2006  ft504a  foton I have done nothing to, my 2005 dong feng le204a I have replaced every gauge and these tractors stay in the dry.  They are 2 inch or I think 52 MM and when I did I went to English measurements over metric.

well you could make a plate to go over where the cluster is and go with the 2 inch stuff for coolant temp ,oil pressure, hour meter and a voltmeter. The tach. I have not done as the dong feng 204a did not have one when new. easiest and cheapest may not go together here. easiest is to get a new cluster ,cheapest and maybe better would be the 2 inch gauges.

I would check Amazon too, I bought a Snap On (they stick their name on anything nowadays) three gauge set discontinued but new for $12.00 list $50.00 and a three inch tach for $15.00 list $65.00 for my 71 Chevy pickup.
