It sounds to me like you lost enough hydraulic oil to allow air to get into the system. Check for crushed/broken hoses, pulled hose connections and couplings. I’m assuming your backhoe runs off the tractor hydraulics and does not have it’s own dedicated hydraulic pump. Yes?
It turns out that I replaced the filter and topped off the hydraulic oil . The BH worked normally (The stabilizers worked but I didn’t try any digging) . So it seems that it is back to its old self. Thank you Bob for responding . I do appreciate the help. <!–more–>
