        I have a Luzhong TC254 which is similar to a Jinma 254. I changed the 3 point mount to a subframe mount. It's held up well. I've pulled out many large stumps without a problem.   I posted a thread on this forum some time back, but the complete thread is broken.  It was also posted on Tractor by with the title:

        An “axle-surrounding” type backhoe subframe

        It may give you some ideas.

            We have done this for customers at our shop before, very easy to do if you have access to a welder!  Do you already have the frame?
