          the only down side of propane is the run time is less compaired 20 lb bottle to full tank gas because they do not develop the same power as regular gas . but there is a lota plus’s for propane.

            Propane conversion;

            The propane tank is now mounted permanently in a special mount that this picture does not show. Tank holder was purchase on EBay.

              I will be courious to see if you have freeze up issues with the regulator when it is cold, they do make regulators meant to be used in cold weather appilications tho. When we had propane powered vechicles at work they used coolant off the heater circuit to flow thru the regulator to keep it from iceing.

                  David;

                  That propane conversion is still running. And I use the hand start in all weather although definitely sluggish in really cold weather.
                  I can’t remember if I have ever used the hoe in sub teen conditions that might effect the regulator and gas flow.

                  Ps,Are we the only posters on CTOA?
