You need to give a little more information.
Just.. “broke, don't work” means lots of things.
Does the engine run or not?
Does the clutch sound like it's engaging or not?
Does the trans shift lever move freely between positions?
Is there any unusual noise with this?
What were you doing when this happened and when did the problem first start?

Are you talking about the 4×4 engagement lever ? If so spray some WD40 where the lever attachs ,spray where the shaft comes out the side of the housing,work the lever up and down it will free it up.
I also see you are a guest,pay the $ 15.00 and become a lifetime member,you will get that money back ten fold
