        there is a pump under the housing that the  seat is attached to that gives hydro power to the lift arms

          The hydraulic pump on the front right side of engine provides power for 3 PTH.
          Same pump as front end loader.

            ray h is right I guess I was not thinking Chinese tractors when I replied to question.
