The Problem is it has to be the same engine as yours a Laidong, parts for a TY395 will not fit.

I also gave you the option of air freighting the parts ,about 10-days but you are looking at about $ 250.00 freight because of the weight

The slow boat is the least expensive but takes the longest to get

Can you tell us how the parts came to be broken?  It might help someone avoid a similar experience.

Take the broken parts to a welding shop, they can braze it. Probably less expensive and stronger than a new part because of the stress relief from heating, and also cheaper than the air freight in less than half the time.

            wink

I am also curious how the part became broke. What were you doing with the tractor?

            hmmm

              Ira:

Can you post some pictures of the broken parts and how they broke as asked in previous posts? I was at one time a Master manipulator of molten metal (welder) and some pictures and history of your problem may help me and others in fixing the problem if it happens to us.

              Thanks

              Len

All right the post worked so here goes.

Tommy – Thanks for your fast response and advise. I am looking into a local solution but still might have to order the part. Hope to know in a day or so.

PD, Tom and Len – Sorry for the delay in responding to your comments but I was unable to post a topic in the last few days. So the story is, I was spreading top soil, taking dirt from a pile and distributing it. The soil was wet and heavy. I had a full bucket and was traming to the drop area. I was traveling slowly in low range, second gear and the tractor was bouncing. I went into a shallow dip in the lawn, the tractor bounced up then down with some force, and I heard a crack sound. The front brackets had broken. Some of the bolts had sheared off. I will try to post pictures.

I have not found anyone who has experienced this problem, nor do dealers in the US stock the parts. Thanks to you who have responded

When I attempted to post pictures, I got a window that said that the file is too large to attach. If you email me, ichrise@atlanticbb.net I will send pictures.

                  Thanks again

                    Ira,

Just reduce the size of the pictures.

Probably forgot to include file type, ie, JPEG, JPG, BMP, etc. Or maybe not a recognized file type?

There's two of them, and all five of them are in the CTOA photo album.

I can't make out much from the pics. Even tried a little photo-shop. Can't tell where the break is. Possibly-maybe, brazing with fish plate or just fab a new part from steel?

I can't see a break in the second picture. Perhaps the bolts fell out there, and the second plate on the opposite side snapped due to added stress?

Note to self – more places to check for loose bolts.
