I don't think you are going to find a “How to Guide” , we can help you with the parts, clutch alignment tool, ect

          Thanks,Tommy.

Looks like it will be me to make a manual with photos ? I use the photos to make sure it goes back together right. roflmao

So it looks like the tractor will need to be split ? Does anybody have a photo of what I will be looking at ? Best way to block the rear assembly ? Same for the front,do I need to make a stand with wheels ? Other things I'm not thinking about ? Or need to know ? Is it a wet clutch ?

Tommy will take a look at you site for the clutch and pressure plate .

I also think the loader is not moving very fast ? What is the max pressure for it ? Is their a rebuild kit for it ?

          Thanks for the input !

go to website tractorbynet.com Find Chinese Tractors then enter a search for Jinma Splitting Guide

Hello I am in the process of replacing the clutch in my nortrac 254. I have my tractor split now. I  designed two adjustable rods that I bolted to the sides of the engine block to hold the front  half. Then I used my hydraulic jack to roll the back  end away from the front half. If this is helpful and you want me to  attach a  pic  I can. Clutch parts just came in today and I will be putting it back together the beginning of next week due to family functions this weekend…lol!
