        The PM system also helps you quickly find a member and view their profile as well.

          Hal,
          Received an Email and was able to click on link and see your message. Unable to do a Reply.

          Spent long time trying to find the Message on CTOA website, but unable. Only way that I could see your message was using the link in the Email.

          Looked at Directory in Message Center – is there a way to do a search for a member rather than scroll through the list?

          Please describe how to get to the Message Center from the Website, locate a member, send and reply to messages.

              To RonJ – It appears you changed your settings to NOT ALLOW PRIVATE MESSAGE. If that is what you want great, but if not, you might want to switch that back on or you can’t use the PM System on our site.

              Also, under SETTINGS, you have a choice if you want to have EMAIL notifications sent or not and other option settings too.

              First, This is a new message system so please be patient!! 🙂

              Second: To go to your message system you have an additional box that gives simple information about messages and you can simply mouse over the words “new message” and you will be taken to your message page on the website.

              Third: When you go to create a NEW message by clicking the NEW message icon, you will have a TO box that when you start typing the USERS login name, a list of MATCHED NAMES will appear to help in finding the right member, so if you know the users online name, just start typing it and it will locate it for you.

              TO REPLY TO A PRIVATE MESSAGE:

              CLICK ON THE SUBJECT MESSAGE NEXT TO THE USER WHO SENT IT

              THAT WILL OPEN A NEW REPLY BOX UNDER THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE

              RESPOND …… THEN SEND !!

              I will create a clean FLOW to post here as well……soon !! Just getting it functioning right now.
