starter spinning

        make sure your terminals are clean I guess it could be a lack of amps making it to the starter not engaging it hard enough.but enough to make it spin.a lack of power could also be a battery that is not fully charged, just cause it is new does not mean it is hot.

          Sounds like a Bad  starter solenoid, I keep them in stock give us a call 979-865-4002
