Unfortunately, I am not familiar with that engine. Do not know the specs.

Like David said, simply tighten the fitting nuts.

The only time some injectors will need to be calibrated is if they are taken apart by a novice and the shims get mixed up.

The only time a fuel injection pump needs to be re-calibrated is when the barrel and plunger assemblies have been disturbed, or removed and disassembled. It should be noted however that periodic fuel injection pump rebuild and re-cal are part of a scheduled routine maintenance at around 15 – 20,000 hours with good maintenance practices.

If you have the rigid top link the hoe won't go anywhere. It will be as solid as a frame mount.

There is no such thing as 32 weight oil. You have (hopefully) ISO AW 32 Hydraulic Oil which is in fact equivalent to 10w. ISO AW 46 Hydraulic Oil is equivalent to 20w. But make no mistake in thinking any 10w or 20w oil will do. The AW 32 and AW 46 hydraulic oils are miscible, but not with UTF or similar formulation.

Is this a brand new unit?

Does it have dual acting cylinders for the boom swing?

                Cool. hailking

Is that a hunting blind? I don't think you will have a problem moving it in a straight line but how about turning corners without a swivel type hitch?

The clutch discs and plates are held together by spring tension much like the clutch in a truck. Think multi plate clutch. The yoke presses against the release bearing and overcomes the force of twenty double springs to separate the plates and discs. I've never measured the application force of my clutches but I'm thinking around 20-25 lbs. at the pedal (just for the clutch). The brakes however, require exponentially more. You might fiddle with the geometry some more like I did, or consider fast acting linear actuators with sequential limit switches or small hydraulic controls and booster.
