My TY395E3 engine had the same symptoms and I did the same mod to correct it. It should be noted that most engines will lose oil pump suction at about a 20° incline unless fitted with a deep pocket sump or a “marine” sump. Keep an eye on your oil pressure gauge when negotiating those steep slopes.
Nice machine work.

Tommy at Affordable Tractor, and Phillip at Circle-G Tractor have OEM bulbs, as well as other dealers found on this site. If I remember correctly I had this same issue and used a standard H-4 automotive bulb (I think). If you take it to an auto parts store they can match up the base. The glass won't be the same but it will fit and work perfectly.

Sorry but I don't see any pics. Does it have a hi/low beam bulb? Some headlights do but only use the low beam.

July 10, 2014 at 12:55 pm in reply to: Front loader bucket for an SL-10 mounted on a Jinma 204 #37083Take the bucket off and take it to a fab/welding shop. They can straighten and reinforce it for you. And if you ask them nicely, they might weld a hook on your bucket so you won't do that again.

There are also many bucket manufacturers on the internet that can build a bucket for you. All they need is your pin configuration. Many offer free shipping. Here is one example.

Ok. Thank you.
Back to you Tommy (or anyone else that can help).

Just a wild guess here, but maybe they are bolts with a serrated shank that are pressed in from the backside of the axle flange. I've seen this setup before where sometimes the serrations will smooth over and the bolt will just spin and not loosen/tighten.
Blink your eyes once for “no”, twice for “yes”.

There's $75.00 right there.

“Stick” is slang for “dipper stick” or “jib”. It's the part that the bucket articulation is mounted to.
