Demo hammers are usually pin mounted. To my knowledge there are no pin mounted thumb kits. There are kits that have large U-bolts that clamp to the stick but I don't know anything about them. You will also need a return line to your valve so you can operate a double acting cylinder, with a pressure relief valve on it.

What is your low idle speed? Should be around 650 r/m.
Are you getting black exhaust smoke at anytime?

Do you have a power beyond port in your valve stack?
There are many aftermarket kits on the web including eBay and Amazon.

Did you make sure the reservoir was meticulously clean before you added any oil?
Do you still have the tee'd line going to the accumulator from the pump discharge?
At this point where is the oil level on the dipstick?
Do you have provisions for a sight gauge on the reservoir? It would be a steel boss with two 17mm bolts about 3″ apart.

I pull my dozer with my '08 F350 6.4 dually. It barely knows it's there.
Class V trailer hitch came standard with the tow package on my rig and it's bolted right to the frame with a 2-1/2″ receiver and 3/4″ pin.
I think it would be too heavy to haul anyway, what is your max. GVW rating? (On your door sticker).

Thanks. Seems like I work harder now and make less money.

I assume you mean just the lift pump, right? No need to pull the whole injection pump assembly.

You're welcome.
