So then you have the Jaing Dong (JD) TY395 engine?
I use the B2 (NAPA 1515) on mine but I have the SAE threads.
The B7451 is actually a lube oil filter according to Baldwin, the maker.
Check it out here.
Don't know how you came up with the fuel filter application.
It's quite possible you have a defective filter.
Your filter & manufacturer.
JX85100C CLARCOR FILTRATION (CHINA) Note – by comparison:
The Caterpillar D-3 manuals are particularly enlightening, very educational, and extremely informative. About $450.00 for the set, and readily available.
Only as a last resort would I ever go to Tytan for parts, but there are many dealers that support this website that stock filters for the TY395 engine.

Tinbender is correct.
Don't try to second guess the engineers that designed these. Back in '73 when I was with PACCAR R&D we experimented with electric fans on Peterbilts & Kenworths to save 40 HP. Chances are, if you installed an electric fan on your tractor, it will outlive you.

I have never heard of an oil filter causing loss of oil pressure. You have something else going on. Maybe a stuck open relief valve, broken pump/drive, no oil? Do I understand correctly that your oil pressure returned to normal when you reinstalled the old filter?
Which engine do you have? Tytan also marketed the Yuchai with a four cylinder engine.

It’s my understanding that there are two different filters available.
What size are your threads? (Diameter and pitch, SAE or Metric)

I re-read the OP's post. I don't think he realized what he asked, but I think I can safely answer his question. I don't think any of the dealers that support this website will charge anyone three times over the sale price for anything, and forcing you to pay more amounts to extortion, which is a big no-no.
And so far I don't think he's heard anything he wanted to hear, but I hope he responds.

And just out of curiosity, what were you doing when the cylinder failed?

What are the cost comparisons? Do you know what an OEM cylinder costs? Are you aware that aftermarket cylinders can incur extra shipping costs?
Someone can probably help you if you gave the cylinder/rod/travel dimensions.

I did a Google search on that engine and found some spare parts and complete engines – in England.

One thought is that you may be able to repower the dozer with a TY295 engine if you deem that economically feasible.

Oh. That's different then. The TY engines have interchangeable coolant pumps. I'm not familiar with your engine. I would contact Affordable Tractor or Circle-G tractor.
You might wind up having to rebuild your coolant pump.
