The parts for these injection pumps and governors are not available to the consumer, for obvious reasons.

The barrel and plunger assemblies are individually lap fitted, and there are no seals to prevent cross contamination. Some leakage is to be expected but not enough to fill it. If you have excessive leakage you have run some very dirty fuel through it or have diesel bug corrosion. The only remedy is to replace the barrel and plunger assemblies and have the pump assembly recalibrated, but you can't do that so the only options open to you is to replace the entire assembly or keep a close eye on the oil level and drain and refill as necessary. Do not allow the pump to fill up. The oil lubricates the camshaft that lifts the plungers. Diesel fuel is not a good lubricant for this purpose.

Yep, pops right out. You may have to use a heel bar though because sometimes they get carboned up pretty bad. Make sure you remove the copper sealing washer too, and make sure the bore and seat are very clean before you reinstall an injector. Use a new copper sealing washer every time.

Maybe a couple of car/truck shows, but most important is to actually use it. My property is about ten miles from a batch plant so I can just go there and get dry mix and bring it back. I already have an offer to buy it from a fellow in Texas. He want's first dibs when I'm ready, owns a cement company, and is a Ford fanatic. I've seen pictures.

Just copy and paste the You Tube URL. Simple if you have your videos on You Tube. How are you trying to do it?

Just this, and taking care of a multitude of details like switching to 12v negative ground, an air ride drivers seat (which gave me another hernia), 12v air compressor, and now I'm preparing to add a ten foot section to my shop.
