        Hi all. I have a Taskmaster Titan 438E with a blown engine. Number 2 connecting rod exited out the side of the block.
        So I am looking for a used replacement engine.
        The Data plate on the starter motor side of the engine lists
        Model….TY395I
        Engine # …..03H 040 3933
        Date…..03yr 8mo
        Net Mass…..245kg
        Rated speed….2400rpm
        Rated Output……25.8kw
        JIANGSU JIANGDONG GROUP CO LTD

        There is a casting below the right hand corner of the Data plate…395 200 3

        Casting below Data plate and above starter…JD 395

        My research shows that this engine was also used in Jinma 3540? and a Nortrac dozer. Any others I should be aware of?

        Also, was this engine developed by the manufacturer? or copied, or made under license?
        Any info or leads appreciated. Thanks. John M.

          I just bought a TY395I engine from Circle G Tractor parts. It was $3950 delivered to Arizona. I have bought numerous parts for my tractor from them and they always treated me right.

            Cannot import from China as they do not meet EPA emission standards.

              did you figure out why the engines rod went sideways?
