      I replaced the joystick controls on my NT35XTD three times. They kept wearing out. The valves are fine. It’s the controls that suck. Finally I just got rid of the joystick assembly altogether and replaced it with three Cross 1V1703 valve handles. Works fine. Easy mod.

        Thanks for the info. I think I may stick with the steel tracks I have now. Done a lot of work with this little dozer. Clears a lot of land built a pond, loaded junk cars on trailers. No complaints. Excellent service from Northern Tool. Dug trenches with the backhoe and removed a lot of stumps. The only thing I am not happy with is the joystick that controls the blade. I am used to machines with 3 or 4 individual control valves. I am thinking of modifying that.
