as I clicked off on that I do not know if I have ever seen a low oil mark on a axle, but that does not mean that is not exactly what you have. That is one thing about weep holes no confusion in translation.
I was just thinking why would a front axle have two oil marks? If you can get a flashlight and see in there all that would be required would there to be oil on the axle half way . I believe that you would not want to cover the axle, lets see what other opinions come in. Overfilling may make even good seals leak depending on design.
each one of these tractors seem to be just a little bit different , but just follow the flow of fuel from the tank to the pump. If you have a bowl that was full of junk then you should replace the filter past it if there is one, there also could be a screen in a fitting that you would not think there would be one. surprise surprise what is that there for? isn’t a screen in the tank , sediment bowl and a fuel filter enough? keep a eye on the sediment bowl it will tell you a lot about the condition of your fuel. removal of as much air out of the fuel system as possible will make restarting easier.

I believe that most tractors suggest that all hydro systems be placed in the fully down position when checking fluid levels . some dipsticks have two marks on them the lower one for tractors without fel the higher one with fel. Your tractor mech. that will be doing the clutch should help you out.
I have a 2006 Foton ft504a , I do not have a loader on mine but the power steering has its own reservoir about level with the valve cover and I use aw -32 . as in the 3 pt. lift system also. the tranny is 90 wt as the axles, engine 15-40wt.
I have a quanchi engine a 495 I think. it has neither a glow plugs or manifold heater it starts at 20 degrees no problem. but that is not your engine. maybe it was disconnected because somebody did not know what it is or seen that it was creating a big draw on the battery and alt. and thought it was bad. I kinda find it curious that it has both unless the relay puts fuel in the system then the glow plugs light it off ,but then why would it need to be rated a 90 amps ? do you think maybe the relay heater kinda preheats the fuel for the glow plugs. I will be watching this post.
that does look good to bad about what the paint will look like when you start using it, but oh well . are you still having problems with drought in some places in Australia?
If you convert existing lights to LED type they use a less amount of amps so the alt. might keep up easier.
if you go to a volt meter you can quickly see if the alt. is doing its job or if the engine needs some more rpms to kick in , ideally have both ,but if it was me and a choice one or the other I will take the volt meter.
January 28, 2016 at 8:04 pm in reply to: refueled after running out, now will not start nortrac 20hp #45838well if you want to use the above method, replace fuel filter , open the bleeder screw on top of the fuel filter housing and start pumping till fuel comes out then close screw, open fuel line at injector pump , pump till fuel comes out there . then try to start. In this type of weather I would do this on a warm engine that should make it all go easier. Now what I do is remove old filter, fill new filter with good CLEAN fuel place new filter in housing and start, there again a warm engine will help the restart. If your tractor has a self contained oil sump in the injector pump it would be a good time to look and smell the oil and replace.
