I would think about a tow bar harbor freight had them I think less than 75 bucks but you would have to go slow ,wheel dia. looks a little small for ruff ground,is was that a chicken tractor/coop ?
I am not a wealth of info. on dozers but could he have placed heavier clutch pedal return springs in. On my old dozer I had one that broke at the hook. I took it and bent one of the coils out to make a hook it worked but man what a difference in felt load on the pedal, changed it out as soon as could get proper spring.
people that have shuttle shifters have had issues with roll pins ,really need more info
what you can do is to use a die grinder with a cut off wheel split the compression sleeves the banjo fitting will come out ,they are barbed replace the fuel line with a better grade and use hose clamps.
the rubber products that comes from china are not to good so a fuel line replacement when it is not that old is not uncommon. you can also check and see how tight the banjo bolts are . They have copper sealing washers that can also give you problems.
I would take the pto shaft off then turn the tines by hand and see if the shaft coming out of the gear case turns,my tiller has a slip clutch between the pto shaft and the gearcase the side of the slip clutch toward the gearcase there might be a grade 8 bolt that can shear but it holds the clutch in place mainly . If your does not have a slip clutch do not use grade 8 or 5 bolt ,use a 2 or 3 , and I think they are typically 1/2″x3″

September 9, 2014 at 8:12 am in reply to: 2004 jm204 will not start after fuel filter replacement #37209you might want to check the fuel flow from the fuel tank there is a screen filter in the tank above the shut off valve.see if you have good flow there it sounds like you are fuel starving.
sounds like clutch needs adjusting there must be some slack in linkage if you have a operators manual it should tell you how much is needed and how to adjust.
I would think that if you did nothing else but checked the filter screen you must have air in the system.if you have quick disconnects check them that also could be the non working problem as well as low flow.but I will say this my dong feng le 200 picks up slower with more load and rpms are needed to lift weight and a bouble bottom plow is heavy.
